What if you could remember all bodies were good, that your body, your children’s body, your lover’s body, your parents body, your students, your patients, strangers in the airport, on the streets bodies were good, worked, mattered…what if other people could remember that your body was good, worked, mattered? What if your body mattered just because you existed, not because of how sexy it is, or how much work it could do or how much it could defend your country, but just at baseline, what if we could remember that all bodies are good.

No it won’t stop the pain or cure cancer, but it might help …what do you think, dear reader, how might it help?
